Not convinced yet? Here's what some of our recent grads have to say about their graduate experience at AROA!
"I like the stage that AROA is currently in. It’s not a large company and a few products haven’t even reached the market yet, so there is a lot of groundwork to be done that has not been done before. This enables work here to be fast-paced and more exciting.
I like the culture at AROA. I don’t feel confined within a niche team, or like I am less useful than others because I have less experience. I felt like my contributions were valued equally to peers that were more senior to me – even though I was a graduate.
With a mechanical engineering background, I enjoy work that is a combination of hands-on and design. It allows me to feel more engaged with my tasks and AROA allows me to do this.
Everyone was extremely welcoming! Coming in as a grad provides a bit of a step up in responsibility and tasks from an intern which allows you to really start to show your skills and ability. The support provided is great and enough not to feel like your hand is being held for everything, but you know if you do assistance its there"
Applications for grad positions close at the end of August. Interviews for our graduate roles will take place in September either in person or on zoom. Any questions can be sent to the People & Culture team on firstname.lastname@example.org
